With over 25 years of experience in business brokerage and commercial real estate sales, Michael Golkin has a proven track record of successful transactions. Throughout his career, he has developed industry knowledge and expertise, helping his clients navigate the complexities of real estate and business transactions. Specializing in the sale of businesses across the retail, service, and distribution sectors, he has facilitated many transactions that help owners achieve their goals. In addition, Michael has executed commercial lease agreements totaling more than 3.5 million square feet and sale of over 50 commercial properties, demonstrating his ability to secure strategic real estate solutions.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers, Michael served as a Regional Estate Asset Manager for a full service commercial real estate firm where he was responsible for coordination of commercial leasing, investment sales and strategic long-term asset management planning.
